Is there a trial day?Yes. If this is your dog's first time with us, a trial day must be scheduled before booking any other services. This is to ensure that your dog will enjoy their experience and get along well with the other dogs. Call or email to schedule your dog's trial day.

After our trial day, do I need to make appointments?"If you purchase a membership, your dog will always have a reservation for daycare - holidays excluded. overnight boarding will still need to scheduled. If you don't have a membership, that's okay too! Just give us a call, email, or use our online scheduling portal to schedule your dog's daycare and boarding. We recommend booking early for holiday stays.

Do the dogs get walked?Yes. Other daycares charge for this service but we think it's cruel not to walk a dog. Any dog doing a full day of daycare will get at least one walk while dogs staying overnight will get at least three.

Does my dog need to be spayed/nuetered?Puppies too young to be altered are exempt but all adult dogs must be spayed/nuetered to stay at our facility.

Are there vaccine requirements for the dogs?Yes, all dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines Bordetella Rabies Distemper

Do you have staff on site with the dogs boarding overnight?Yes. We are staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
