You don't need to become a member for your dog to enjoy our services but it's a great way to save a little cash on each visit. We have two types of packages available for our clients. Club Membership and our Club Passes.
Club Membership
Club Membership offers the greatest discount for your dog and guarantees your reservation for 30 consecutive days. Members also receive a 15% discount on all boarding and pool services. As with all of our reservations, walks are included.
For 30 days, starting on the day of purchase, your dog has a reservation for unlimited daycare, guaranteeing a spot will always be available for them. Daycare on major holidays will still need to be scheduled, and availability on those days cannot be guaranteed.

Club Passes
Club Passes are a set of pre-purchased days of daycare. The discount isn't as steep as Club Membership nor is your reservation guaranteed but you can use your passes when you want and they never expire. Club passes are available in sets of 10, 20, and 60.

FAQs on Membership
Your dog will have a daycare reservation scheduled into our system every day for 30 days, starting from the date of purchase. Their spot will never be given away.

You will also get 15% off any boarding.

Having this membership system results in our facility largely having the same dogs in it, every day - particularly on weekdays. The dogs get to see the same familiar faces every time they come in and it's great for building fun social interactions.

What if I don't come in and I forget to cancel my daycare reservation?
We do appreciate a heads up but there is no boon or penalty for a club member not showing up to their daycare reservation.

How do holidays work with a membership?
If you would like to come in for daycare on a holiday, that's no problem. You will need to schedule an appointment for that day as space may be limited but no additional fees will be applied beyond your regular membership.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel your membership early, the services your dog has utilized will be charged retroactively, as if they were not members and any difference from the membership price will be refunded.

How are payments taken?
Payments for membership need to be taken in full starting on the first day of service. We only accept credit/debit. Payments can be made online or in person. We do not have cash at our facility.
