Having this membership system results in our facility largely having the same dogs every day - particularly on weekdays. The dogs get to see the same familiar faces every time they come in and it's great for building fun social interactions.

How do holidays work with a membership?
If you would like to come in for daycare on a holiday, that's no problem. You will need to schedule an appointment for that day as space may be limited but no additional fees will be applied beyond your regular membership.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel your membership early, the services your dog has utilized will be charged retroactively, as if they were not members and any difference from the membership price will be refunded.

How are payments taken?
Payments for membership need to be taken in full starting on the first day of service. We only accept credit/debit. Payments can be made online or in person.
