Club Membership

Planning on hanging out for a while? Bump your dog up to platinum status with this year long membership to increase your savings. For 1 year, starting on the day of purchase, your dog has a reservation for unlimited daycare. Their spot is guaranteed and will never be given away. Daycare on holidays and overnight stays will still need to be scheduled.

As a member, your dog will also enjoy 15% off on all boarding.

Depending on the package selected, your dog will have a daycare reservation scheduled into our system every day for 30 days or for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase. Their spot will never be given away.

Having this membership system results in our facility largely having the same dogs in it, every day - particularly on weekdays. The dogs get to see the same faces every time they come in and it's great for building fun social interactions.

What if I don't come in and I forget to cancel my reservation?

If you're a member, no worries. There is no boon or penalty for not showing up.

How do holidays work with a membership?

If you would like to come in for daycare on a holiday, that's no problem. You will need to schedule an appointment for that day as space may be limited but no additional fees will be applied beyond your regular membership.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

If you need to cancel your membership early, the days your dog has utilized will be charged as if they were not members and any difference from the membership price will be refunded.

How are payments taken?

Payments for membership need to be taken in full starting on the first day of service. We only accept credit/debit. Payments can be made online or in person. We do not have cash at our facility.
