Terms of Service

Welcome to our dog daycare and boarding facility. By enrolling your dog in our services, accessing our website, or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Services. Please read them carefully.

 
1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • All dogs must be at least 16 weeks of age.

  • Proof of current vaccinations (including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella) is required.

  • Dogs must pass a temperament evaluation before participation in daycare or group play.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that displays aggressive, unsafe, or unhealthy behavior.

 
2. Health & Wellness

  • Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses or parasites.

  • Owners agree to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns.

  • In the event of illness or injury, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner or emergency contact.

  • If veterinary care is required and the owner cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek treatment at the owner’s expense.

 
3. Daycare & Boarding Services

  • Dogs will be supervised during playtime; however, participation in group play is at the dog’s own risk.

  • Early drop-off and late pick-up fees may apply unless waived by membership benefits.

 
4. Grooming Services

  • Grooming services are available by appointment and may be included in select membership packages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as matting, skin irritation, or behavioral reactions during grooming.

 
5. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Unlimited services are subject to availability, facility capacity, and fair-use policies.

  • Guaranteed reservations apply only to active members and may require advance notice.

 
6. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.

  • Prices, packages, and fees are subject to change with or without notice.

  • Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services.

 
7. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made within the required notice period.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or loss of reservation privileges.

 
8. Personal Belongings

  • Please label all personal items (leashes, bedding, food).

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or discarded personal items.

 
9. Liability Waiver

  • Owners acknowledge that dog daycare and boarding involves inherent risks.

  • By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless the facility, its owners, and staff from liability for injury, illness, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

 
10. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos of dogs for promotional or social media use.

  • Owners may opt out by submitting a written request.

 
11. Website Use

  • All website content is for informational purposes only and may be updated at any time.

  • Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.

 
12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Services at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 
13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Services are governed by the laws of the state in which our facility operates.
